Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is looking for an experienced Estimating & Cost Control Specialist to join our team at our Norwest Head Office. What you will do?: Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you play a vital role in underpinning Domaine Homes’ cost control and pricing integrity by managing the full Bill of Quantities framework, including Facade Assemblies and Extra-to-Site (ETS) management, providing data-driven cost insights that link directly to estimating, procurement, and financial reporting systems to ensure accurate forecasting, margin protection, and operational efficiency. You will also support the future integration of take-offs from Revit 3D drafting systems by collaborating with the Drafting teams to integrate Revit 3D models with BOQ and estimating systems, ensuring accurate material quantities and cost linkages. Your duties will include, but not limited to: - Developing, maintaining, and validating detailed assembly BOQs, ensuring accurate linkage between materials, trades, and VPB pricing structures - Ensuring support tools like On-Screen Take-Off and Calc Sheet are updated...
