Public Health Officer – Health Protection Permanent: Grade C - £35,412 - £44,075 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week: About Us: We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary public health team in a permanent Public Health Officer role in the Health Protection team. The Public Health Division sits within the Adult Social Care and Health Directorate and works at local, regional, national and international levels to improve population health and wellbeing. The Role: The role of the Public Health – Officer Health Protection will be to support the delivery of our key Health Protection workstreams including (but not limited to) immunisations & screening programmes; complex TB; oral health (including supervised toothbrushing); extreme weather; emergency planning, preparedness, and response; and community engagement around key health protection issues.
