$2500 Sign on bonus for full time Central Coast Home Health & Hospice is a fast-growing, locally owned and operated organization with an excellent reputation throughout the Central Coast. We are now seeking a full-time Medical Social Worker or Social Worker Assistant to work with both Home Health and Adult Hospice patients in the Southern San Luis Obispo areas (5 cities- Lompoc). This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying autonomy and flexibility, supported by clinical supervision from an experience LCSW. Clinical supervision is available for candidate working toward licensure.
