Denver, CO preferred Illinois, East or West Coast , remote considered ROLE OVERVIEW: Pivot Energy is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Management Department with a myriad of technical and administrative tasks supporting the delivery of renewable energy projects. The Assistant Project Manager will contribute to our projects' success by ensuring Pivot and our contracting partners deliver projects on time, on budget, and are appropriately administered. The position requires a familiarity for understanding of the general construction business, typical project controls, safety compliance, is a resourceful individual, and the ability to work under pressure and delivery work within deadlines. Ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver and possesses the ability manage change including company priorities and project scope, schedule, and other elements of the project lifecycle. Expectations are focused on managing financial funding requirements, issue logs, submittals, updates for budgets, schedules, sterile document management, and data rooms while maintaining a high level of communication with both internally and external stakeholders.
