Job description

Job Purpose: The Facilities Maintenance Technician (FMT) at Liliʻuokalani Center supports the Facilities Maintenance Manager in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the Liliuokalani Center’s buildings, grounds, and equipment. The FMT plays a key role in ensuring a welcoming and child-centered environment for kamaliʻi, families, staff, and guests by performing routine maintenance, assisting with repairs, and supporting event setups and facility operations. Essential Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC support. - Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs of facilities, grounds, and equipment. - Monitor and report facility issues or safety hazards to the Facilities Maintenance Manager.
