Position Summary... What you'll do... Walmart Marketplace is seeking a Senior Manager, Tech Ops – Seller Fulfilled Solutions (SFS) to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that improve delivery speed, promise accuracy, and customer experience for seller-fulfilled items. In this role, you will be responsible for driving programs that increase the share of fast delivery experiences, enhance delivery reliability, and unlock conversion growth across the pre-purchase funnel. You will lead end-to-end program execution, from strategy and roadmap shaping to go-to-market and post-launch scaling, while partnering across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Seller Performance and Business teams. This role requires strong program management, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence across a highly matrixed organization.
