Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a strategic, quality-focused Training Specialist to deliver comprehensive professional development training and certification across a high-caliber workforce. The ideal candidate will have experience directly supporting the Intelligence Community. You excel in a team-oriented environment and work across teams to enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of your target audience. You are comfortable taking limited direction and coordinating across the enterprise to produce high-quality professional development instruction to enable your customers to stay on pace with mission. You establish and maintain excellent, collaborative working relationships with executive leaders, soliciting and incorporating feedback in a thoughtful, professional manner.
