POSITION OVERVIEW: This position supports virtual battlefield simulation operations by managing the full lifecycle of training events, from initial system setup through post-exercise review, ensuring that every training event is immersive, technically sound, and aligned with defined learning objectives. As a VBS3 Simulation Operator, you will configure and operate the Virtual Battlespace 3 platform across all phases of a training exercise, including scenario construction, real-time mission management, AI scripting, and after-action review facilitation.
