As a Senior Industrial Relations Advisor, you will be a key member of the Industrial Relations team within People, Culture and Safety. You’ll provide expert strategic and technical IR advice to senior leaders and managers, helping them navigate complex people matters, drive change, and achieve positive, fair and lawful outcomes.
