About the Role: We seek an ambitious sales professional to join Compass Mining as a Jr. Sales Representative and play a crucial role in taking our business to new heights. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for both inbound and outbound sales and maintaining high levels of activity in end-to-end selling across sales channels from lead to close. You will prospect, present hardware and hosting solutions, tailor them to customer needs, nurture relationships, follow up diligently, and ensure seamless onboarding of new customers. This position is pivotal in building our growth engine—understanding prospects’ needs, guiding them through our services, and crafting retail and enterprise solutions that solve complex challenges across industries.
