Description Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Central Engineering Sales Support team. The primary role will be to perform research on products, pricing, and supporting information for proposal generation. Responsibilities: - Provide sales and engineering support for proposal development and customer opportunities. - Collaborate with account managers to prepare accurate and timely proposals. - Review customer inquiries and determine the best approach to meet project requirements. - Research products, materials, and pricing to support quotations. - Configure equipment and system conversions using specialized tools and software. - Assist in preparing presentations and supporting documents for customer meetings. - Track orders and deliveries, ensuring proposals and purchase orders are accurate and aligned. - Support the service team with quick-turnaround quotes when needed. - Maintain accurate project records and communication through company systems. - Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and customer support.
