Job Title: Casual Football Development Coach Department: Football Development: Location: Various locations across Burnley and Pendle Contract Type: Casual/Zero Hours: Working Pattern: Varied – Daytime, Evenings and Weekends Closing Date: 31st May 2026: Salary: NMW: The Role: The Football Development department is looking for highly enthusiastic football coaches to deliver on a range of football programmes, delivered to three (3) to sixteen (16) year olds. Roles and Responsibilities: Session Delivery & Player Development: Deliver high‑quality football sessions that engage, enthuse and progress young people. Engage, inspire and empower young people to reach their full potential. Identify talented individuals involved in the projects and refer them to appropriate pathways. Programme Coordination & Administration: Liaise with the Football Development Manager and Football Development Officers and proactively promote Football/Sports Development programmes. Undertake essential administrative duties to support smooth programme operation, including maintaining accurate attendance registers, organising fixtures, coordinating transport and collecting monies.
