Job description

Minimum qualifications: - PhD degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience with modeling of qubit systems. - Experience in programming using Python. - One of more scientific publication submission(s) for conferences, journals, or public repositories related to Quantum computing. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with modeling superconducting qubit operations, particularly readout and reset. - Experience with numerical simulations of quantum systems and with high-performance computing tools. - Experience collaborating with experimentalists on quantum computing projects or analyzing/modeling experimental data. - Experience with parametric operations or microwave engineering of superconducting qubits. - Experience with error correction codes. - Familiarity with circuit Quantum Electrodynamics (cQED).
