The IT Architect is responsible for the design and continuous improvement of the Banks’ technical infrastructure. This role is tasked with understanding existing technologies deployed by the bank, and identifying opportunities for improvement through performance, stability, or cost reduction. The Architect will present identified opportunities to both IT and Executive Leadership, as required. The IT Architect is a member of the Bank’s Architecture Review Board and may be called upon to lead critical infrastructure-related projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Evaluates Bank technology and identifies opportunities for improvement Evaluates and remains current with emerging technologies that can be used to benefit of the Bank Advises IT and Bank Leadership regarding state of the technology industry Designs, tests, and evaluates various technical solutions, as needed Prepares proposals, briefings, and other information pertaining to current and emerging operational technologies Performs Due Diligence reviews of technologies...
