What You’ll Do: - Safety First: Follow all safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals. - Inspect & Repair: Evaluate pallets for damage and perform repairs using nail guns, hammers, pry bars, and other tools. - Sort & Grade: Accurately sort pallets by quality and grade after inspection and repair. - Meet Production Goals: Maintain consistent productivity and quality standards in a production-based role. - Teamwork & Flexibility: Collaborate with a diverse team and take on additional duties as assigned. - Clean & Organized: Practice “Clean as You Go” and maintain good housekeeping throughout your shift. - Lift & Move: Safely lift up to 70 lb...
