Within the context of a client and family centred care model and in accordance with established vision and values of the organization, the position provides the day to day assembly, operation and routine preventative maintenance of the specialized equipment in the Renal Unit. Participates as a member of the patient care team and assists with patient care activities as required, including assisting with the mobilization and preparation of patients for dialysis. Utilizes basic word processing skills to access the unit database, as well as other available hospital systems. Qualifications: Education & Experience: - Completion of Grade 12 and two (2) years’ recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
