The main role of the Sailing Instructor is to create memorable experiences for residents and guests by teaching sailing tutorials within our community. What you’ll accomplish: - Welcoming guests and offering sailing instruction - Preparing classes that adapt to the needs and levels of all attendees - Creating sailing schedules - Setting up the sailing area and preparing boats and daily activities - Ensuring sailing equipment is safe and well maintained - Coordinating any needed repairs - Assisting with training programs, light operations, and maintenance duties - Helping to facilitate community events on t...
