Carthage College seeks an experienced and student-centered professional to serve as Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Student Involvement. This position provides leadership within the Office of Student Life and oversees the Student Involvement Office, with a focus on fostering student engagement, leadership development, and a vibrant campus community. The Assistant Dean/Director manages office operations and budgets, supervises professional and student staff, and leads key functional areas including student organizations, fraternity and sorority life, and new student orientation. This role also contributes to student conduct processes and Title IX efforts. Responsibilities: - Lead and collaborate the planning and execution of the new student orientation program, including scheduling, logistics, and large-scale and small-group experiences to welcome new students and their families to campus. Recruit, select, train, and supervise student orientation leaders.
