Job description

Job Summary: This position is responsible for, picking, packing, palletizing, labeling, shipping of customer orders, loading/unloading trucks, support for paint process (loading/unloading, part labeling and inventory transactions, part inspection), assembly of small parts and operating bushing presses. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Must be mechanically inclined and able to use hand tools - Handle parts as necessary to meet production standards. - Must be able to use basic inspection equipment such as calipers, mics, torque wrenches and various gauges and other tools. - Perform source inspection - Perform daily TPM - Uses stop the line authority at any sign of safety or quality concerns - Performs daily duties per work instructions / standard work - Completes all daily data collection as established - Must perform daily 5S activities Qualifications / Training / Skill Requirements: - Must be able to read blueprints - Must have good understanding of inventory control - Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions - Must have or be able to obtain a fork truck license - Must recognize the importance of working in a safe manner - Ability to understand what constitutes...
