Job description

Your Tasks: - Leading the evolution of the enterprise architecture in alignment with the MMS' technology strategy and platform direction, across core domains including Customer, Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Data - Definition and governance of the enterprise target architecture , including architecture principles, standards, and blueprints enabling a modular, scalable, and future-ready omnichannel retail landscape - Leadership and development of the Enterprise Architecture function , including Enterprise Architects, and platform architects, ensuring alignment across markets, value streams, and technology domains - Translation of strategic business priorities into capability roadmaps, architectural guardrails, and technology investment guidance - Establishment and operation of architecture governance frameworks, decision forums, and review boards , balancing innovation, speed, and architectural integrity - Simplification and modernisation of legacy system landscapes , reduction of architectural debt, and enablement of reusable, composable capabilities across countries and channels - Strategic partnership with C-level stakeholders, product organisations, engineering leader...
