Description CIFC Norwalk Early Learning Program / Norwalk Head Start is seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Service Coordinator to lead and support our Social Services team. This role provides both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to ensure comprehensive family support services that promote child and family well-being. The Social Service Coordinator supervises a team of approximately five (5) Social Services staff and plays a key role in strengthening community partnerships, promoting parent engagement, and ensuring compliance with program eligibility and enrollment requirements.
