Cyber Security Engineer

Job description

As a Cyber Security Engineer, you are responsible for the daily operational security activities within GDL. You monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and threats across a diverse portfolio of security tools, including EASM, bug bounty platforms, and SIEM solutions. You work hands-on with technical controls to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and continuously strengthen the security posture of our IT environments. You operate within the local lotteries at GDL while also contributing to the virtual, cross-lottery Cyber Security team within PLG. You collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating security policies into practical and effective implementations. You are an integral part of incident response teams and play a key role in both proactive and reactive security operations.
