This position provides a structured learning and development opportunity to prepare individuals for successful integration into a specific role within the plant operation. This role will provide hands-on training to gain knowledge and skills for a future role. This will include training in rail load out, quality, hammer mill and pellet mill operations. Responsibilities: - Follow all workplace and job safety procedures - Rail load out - Ensure cars are ready for loading and load rail cars according to proper procedure and shipping enter weights in computer - Quality - Sample and test raw, in process materials, finished goods and record results - Pellet Mill/Hammer Mill - Check machine to ensure they are running properly, adjust machine as necessary and properly clean machine for maintenance to keep equipment in good working order. - Properly complete paperwork - O...
