The Quality Management Systems (QMS) Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the plant Quality Management System. This role ensures compliance with IATF16949, ISO9001, applicable ISO standards, Autoliv policies, and Customer Specific Requirements while supporting the organization’s quality objectives and audit readiness. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide oversight for the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System Ensure compliance with IATF16949 / ISO9001, Autoliv policies, and Customer Specific Requirements Plan, execute, report, and follow up on internal system, process, and product audits Coordinate and administer external audits (IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO17025, TISAX) Coordinate customer audits in support of Customer Quality and plant leadership Analyze audit results and define audit and improvement pr...
