Overview The Load Master (Cargo Supervisor) is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant coordination of all cargo operations aboard an Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV). This position serves as the primary link between vessel crew, offshore platforms, and shore base logistics teams to ensure proper cargo planning, vessel stability, and operational safety. The Load Master plays a critical role in offshore logistics by managing cargo movement, inspecting backloads, coordinating crane operations, and maintaining safe deck operations in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Cargo Planning & Coordination: Develop and execute cargo loading and unloading plans for ports and offshore installations.
