JOB PURPOSE: The Part-Time Event Brand Ambassador represents Renewal by Andersen at local events, trade shows, home shows, and community activations. This role is responsible for engaging homeowners, educating them on Renewal by Andersen products and services, and setting qualified appointments using the proven Renewal by Andersen / Dunn Group methodology. Event Brand Ambassadors are the frontline of the brand and play a key role in creating a positive first impression while consistently meeting appointment-setting and performance expectations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Event Engagement & Lead Generation: - Represent Renewal by Andersen at assigned events including home shows, fairs, festivals, retail partnerships, and community events - Engage homeowners in friendly, professional, and confident conversations - Educate homeowners on products, promotions, and the in-home consultation process - Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations with Design Consultants - Follow approved scripts, talking points, and qualification standards On-Site Execution: - Assist with event setup, breakdown, and booth presentation as needed - Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming event space...
