Job Title (Job Code): Operations Manager (Services) – IN-ES-01 The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the following within their scope of activity: Lead, direct, and oversee operational staff and supervisory teams to achieve defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to equipment reliability, availability, maintainability, and safe system performance. - Ensure contractual availability targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved through execution of the approved Fleet Management Plan, supported by effective planning and efficient allocation of resources. - Ensure trains are delivered in accordance with the operating schedule and service level agreements, meeting all safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness requirements.
