Retail Development Manager

Job description

The Retail Development Manager enjoys building relationships by providing customized solutions to car dealers in an exclusive partnership. The incumbent develops and maintains business relationships to generate sales opportunities and promote products and services to the car dealers in their territory. With a collaborative and coaching approach, they assess the opportunities and suggests improvement to the dealership's management team. As a consultant, they assist and support the dealers to achieve their projected sales target objectives. This position offers a salary range of $72,000– $85,000 depending on skills and experience Assigned Responsibilities: - Business development, i.e. driving new & incremental sales in both channels will be the key priority; - Provide customized business solutions and specific strategies to each dealer to meet their specific needs thus ensuring customer loyalty in addition to promoting valued added services, training tools and promotions; - Implement a business plan for the entire territory in order to target current priorities and anticipate customer demands; - Assist and support the dealers in marketing, development and maintenance of priding lists...
