The Operations Performance Strategy Associate Manager drives operational excellence, profitability, and best in class guest satisfaction by executing high impact projects that enhance restaurant performance and growth. This role partners closely with the Director of Operations Performance, Strategy Managers, Operations Performance Managers, and cross functional brand teams to develop, test, and implement strategic initiatives. Leveraging data and business insights, the position identifies opportunities, creates actionable solutions, and communicates results through compelling visual storytelling. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong self motivation , analytical, and collaboration skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering measurable results.
