This position provides leadership to the behavioral services team and ensures the effective development, implementation, and monitoring of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and treatment strategies for individuals with developmental disabilities. The Supervisor of Behavior Services supervises Behavior Intervention Specialists and related staff, ensuring behavioral supports are implemented consistently and in accordance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies, and best practices in positive behavior support.
