Utilize, train, and promote evidence based practice to facilitate positive clinical outcomes and high resident satisfaction. The CNPS responsibilities include assisting the Director of Nursing (DON) in mentoring and onboarding registered nurses, new admission assessments and adherence to clinical programs and protocols. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Clinical Leadership: - Serve as clinical resource to nursing department and provided education as needed for complex admissions. - Provides leadership to specific standing clinical meetings as assigned (e.g. At Risk - Meeting, GDR, etc.) - Participates in licensed nurse annual development review...
