Axos Bank Target Range: $125,000.00/Yr. - $175,000.00/Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. About This Job: The First Vice President (FVP), Commercial Underwriter is a senior-level position responsible for leading the underwriting and risk assessment process for complex commercial lending transactions. This role works closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, and Executive Leadership to evaluate creditworthiness, structure loan packages, and ensure adherence to the institution’s risk appetite and regulatory guidelines. The FVP plays a key role in managing portfolio risk and supporting the growth of high-quality commercial loan assets.
