Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program or project management. - 2 years of experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems. - Experience working in energy markets, with power utilities, or with distributed energy resources. Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. - Excellent relationship building, collaboration and influence skills.
