About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner with a strong passion for mentorship, education, and team development. As a Theatre Team Lead with a Practice Educator focus, you will be instrumental in supporting, guiding, and developing our theatre scrub team to achieve excellence in patient care. Previous experience in a Practice Educator or mentorship role would be highly advantageous. We are looking for someone with the confidence, drive, and vision to positively influence practice, support change, and help others reach their full potential.
