Job description

The People Technology Technical Consultant will be responsible for supporting Oracle HCM reporting, interfaces, extracts, and technical solutions to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence in our people processes. This role requires strong analytical and Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities. Effective communication is essential to keep the HR team and Business Partners updated on the status of queries, issues, and concerns. The Consultant will continually seek opportunities to enhance processes and standards and must handle confidential and complex assignments with discretion, judgment, and tact. Additionally, the Consultant will contribute to project work, collaborate across teams, and stay informed about the latest developments in Oracle HCM technologies and reporting capabilities. - Provide technical support for Oracle HCM applications, across all modules such as: Benefits, Core HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Absences, and Time. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OTBI and BIP reports. - Build, run, and schedule custom reports, HCM Extracts, and interfaces as needed. - Provide expertise in Fast Formulas and eligibility...
