Job description

Some of what you will do: The Operational Excellence Specialist plays a key role in driving continuous process improvement for the Services Field Operations team. This role supports and executes Service Operations tasks which include process automation, workflow optimization, data analysis & reporting, and internal communications to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience for both Tech and Print Services. The Operational Excellence Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement solutions, and maintain documentation that supports business objectives.
