Job description

The RAES Project and Operations Coordinator plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering RAES activities across both town and outreach communities. This position ensures that all projects and activities meet compliance requirements and are delivered with a participant-centred and culturally appropriate approach. The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing project implementation, mentoring activity supervisors, managing risks, building stakeholder relations and supporting continuous engagement with participants in line with RAES guidelines and community needs.
