About the Role iCapital is looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our Global Talent Acquisition team. This role will provide support throughout the recruiting and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will be an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team, serving as a primary point of contact for candidates and helping us deliver an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities: - Support the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling, interview coordination, and conference room booking. - Promote a friendly and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process: - Ensure in-person and virtual meetings and interviews begin and end on time, as well as handle questions about interviews from candidates and team members. - Provide an itinerary to candidates ahead of interviews. - Coordinate Zoom interviews with candidates, talent acquisition partners, and hiring teams. - Correspond with candidates throughout the process. - Communicate with internal hiring team during the interview process by email, phone, and in person. - Assist with updating candidate information in Greenhouse, our Applican...
