Description Job Summary: The Clinical Equipment & Surgical Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the management, maintenance, and operational readiness of all clinical equipment across all locations. This role serves as the execution partner to the In-Office Procedures & Surgical Technology Manager, ensuring that equipment is properly tracked, maintained, and fully functional at all times, while also supporting in-office procedures and new clinic launches. This is a multi-location, field-based role requiring strong organization, accountability, and attention to detail. Job Duties and Responsibilities: 2. Preventative Maintenance Program 3. Clinical Equipment Oversight Support oversight and functionality of all clinical equipment, including but not limited to: - Equipment Inventory & Warranty Management - Maintain a centralized, up-to-date inventory of all clinical equipment across all locations, including: - Equipment type and location - Purchase date - Warranty expiration - Last maintenance date Track all equipment sent for repair: - Date sent - Tracking number - Vendor - Estimated return date Proactively monitor: - Upcoming warranty expirations - Equipment performance...
