About the job In this role, you will take ownership of the overall UI and UX quality of nRF Connect for Desktop and the nRF Connect VS Code Extension—products used daily by developers around the world. You will design clear, consistent, and intuitive interfaces that support real developer workflows, turning complex technical functionality into simple, easy‑to‑understand user experiences. Working closely with engineers, product owners, and cross‑functional teams, you will shape user flows, explain design decisions, and support high‑quality implementation within technical constraints. You will play a key role in keeping design work structured, transparent, and easy to collaborate on across teams, ensuring a coherent and scalable user experience as the products evolve.
