Job Description: Cleaver Brooks Sales and Service is looking for a Service Manager to join our team in Grandview, MO . The Service Manager will coordinate the daily direction of a service department made up of a group of specialty mechanics, technicians, and welders. Coordinate company technical resources to ensure appropriate solutions are offered. This is a direct customer-facing position. Must be able to multi-task and respond to customer’s emergencies with technical resolutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
