Job Description Summary The OFW Systems Engineering Leader has full responsibility for Systems Engineering and Customer Engineering across Offshore Wind product platforms. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Develop the vision, set strategic priorities, and ensure priority alignment across the engineering community & cross-functional stakeholders Drive a culture that ensures outstanding compliance and adherence to product quality. Ensure products deliver on availability, reliability, and performance targets. Partner with Chief Engineer and Engineering VP to build strong technical underwriting processes & culture Identify, plan, and execute high impact programs that deliver bottom-line growth Lead the organizations to translate product requirement documents to high quality engineering documents, setting all critical requirements for program execution Manage the engineering team through the product development lifecycle ensuring full lifecycle view.
