Position Summary: The person in this position would work with internal and external customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products, orders, and services as well as resolve complaints. Excellent communication abilities are a must. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction while entering orders with accuracy and efficiency.
