About the role: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of capital upgrades across an Alumina Smelter in Portland, Victoria. This frontline leadership role provides day‑to‑day direction across electrical and multidiscipline teams, ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently and in alignment with operational, engineering and compliance requirements. You will coordinate field‑based activities, manage contractors, support shutdown and project delivery, and work closely with Operations, Engineering and HSE teams to maintain a high‑performance culture onsite.
