Job Description Customer Service Representative (Remote): Work From Home Opportunity: We’re looking for customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative with Go Auto. This is a fully remote position after training, giving you the flexibility to work from home while supporting customers across our dealership network. Training Requirement: Training is completed in person at our Edmonton office: 16830 107 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB After training, the role transitions to 100% remote. - Full-time paid training for 3 weeks - Monday to Friday Schedule: - Full-time weekday shifts - Flexible start times between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM - Occasional weekend coverage (up to 2 Saturdays per month, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM) What You'll Do: - Support customers with Sales and Service inquiries - Follow up with guests after vehicle service appointments - Help create a smooth and positive customer experience - Track customer interactions and appointment details accurately - Work closely with dealership teams to ensure excellent communication and follow-through - Provide professional, friendly, and solution-focused support - Promote dealership services and amenities when appropria...
