Tracking & Analytics Specialist (f/m/d) We are looking for a Tracking and Web Analytics Specialist to own and evolve our digital measurement ecosystem. You will be responsible for the technical implementation across GTM and GA4, ensuring seamless data flow between our website, CRM, and online advertising platforms. Your role is to translate business requirements into robust data architectures, ensuring high data quality, privacy compliance, and actionable insights. You will be responsible for: Data layer architecture and implementation GTM (client & server-side) and GA4 management - Define, implement, and maintain a scalable data layer architecture aligned with marketing and business strategy. - Build and maintain custom event tracking using JavaScript to capture complex user interactions. - Ensure tracking consistency, accuracy, and enforce best practices across the entire website. - Conduct end-to-end QA and troubleshooting of tracking setups (events, parameters, user journeys) to ensure data reliability. - Implement and manage server-side tracking (GTM Server) to optimize data accuracy, site performance, and privacy compliance. - Monitor, audit, and continuously improve tracking...
