About the role In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and managers, supporting them on both day-to-day people topics and long-term priorities. It’s a blend of partnering, advising, and hands-on delivery. You’ll help leaders make informed decisions, drive key People processes, and ensure initiatives are well-designed and effectively implemented. You’ll also collaborate with various People teams to adapt global processes to the local context and ensure consistency and effectiveness in execution.
