Job Title: Clinical Leader, Practices - Ear, Nose & Throat Department: ENT Location: Various ENT sites Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule: Monday-Friday 7-8am start until 4:30pm SUMMARY: As a Clinical Leader in Practices, your strong ability to lead and guide others serve as valuable resources for staff, as well as facilitating patient care. With board-certified and fellowship-trained physicians focused on your health and comfort, we provide the most comprehensive ENT care in Western New York, including in-office ultrasounds and outpatient procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Leadership & Management - Lead physicians, practice managers and clinical leaders to run the day-to-day functions of the practice, resolving issues and concerns; function as the clinical resource for LPN, MOA and Clerical staff; ensure staff is rounding on patients, consistently using AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank you); recognize staff for a job well done or for role modeling; coach staff privately when performance is below standard...
