Job description

Catholic Social Services is currently seeking a collaborative and highly organized Team Leader to support the successful development and delivery of two new employment training programs: Ready to Serve (RTS) and Renewing Expertise, Navigating Upward (RENU). This position is a contract full-time position and will end date: March 31, 2028 with possibility of extension. Job application closing date: May 26, 2026. The Team Leader plays a central role in coordinating daily program operations, supervising frontline staff, supporting participants with complex needs, and ensuring high quality cohort delivery. This position works closely with the Program Manager to maintain program consistency, quality, and strong participant outcomes across all cohorts. Program Overview: Ready to Serve (RTS) A 16 week employment training program focused on the food and service industries. Core components include: Five cohorts (30 participants each) running from August 2026 to March 2028 RENU Program A 16 week employment readiness program targeting Business Administration, IT, and Human Services.
