ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Develop workplans and approach - Perform Take-off efforts for assigned portions of the estimate - An understanding of Contract documents and associated requirements for; change orders, requests for compensation, and time extensions - Writing and managing RFI’s and Submittals - Powerful verbal and written communication skills or desire to develop - Managing costs; including tracking quantities and cost for production operations and materials - Ability to interpret schedule with/without scheduler depending on project size and scope - Coordination with p...
